Since Jorvid Arquitectura SLP was opened more than 30 years ago, at the studio we have had a wide variety of projects and extensive experience on the part of the studio's directors and their team. Many of those projects can be divided into:

Residential building projects.
Single-family housing projects.
Interior design and comprehensive housing reform.
Commercial projects and rehabilitation.
Educational projects.
Projects for the administration.
Projects for the hotel sector.

Due to our extensive experience, the directors of Jorvid Arquitectura have close contact with each of their clients from the beginning of the project to the completion of the work. The approximation with our clients and the project are carried out in the initial stages with an intense participation of the client to meet their needs and expectations of the project and extensive coordination with the engineers and specialists required for each of our projects.

Plan of Work

01_Preparation & Briefing + 02_Concept Design

Meetings with the client to establish the bases of the project and Jorvid's execution of proposals based on sketches, 3D images or models and plans.

03_Developed Design

Development of the final plans of the proposal with its report, budget and delivery to the town hall for approval.

04_Tender Document. Selection of contracts by the client

Depending on the client's experience in the world of construction, Jorvid Arquitectura would act as a consultant and, as always, would help the client to make the most interesting selection for the execution of the work.

05_Construction

We make sure based on regular visits to the work that the project is being executed based on the technical documentation of the project.

JORGE PICAZO DÍAZ , ARCHITECT

Founder of Jorvid Architecture SLP

Graduated as an architect from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Jorge has extensive experience in residential projects, schools and administration throughout the Canary archipelago. It has also participated in different architecture competitions that have been held on the island and international.

Currently, Jorge continues to direct Jorvid Arquitectura and execute his projects with the same passion and professionalism that characterizes him.

DAMIAN PICAZO DE MIGUEL , ARB ARCHITECT

Director at Jorvid Arquitectura SLP

Graduated as an architect from the London Metropolitan University, Damián has extensive experience working mainly on residential, commercial, hotel and urban projects in Spain, England and in many countries around the world.

Damián has worked in international studios such as Tp Bennett Architects, GSA and Benoy as project architect.

Currently, Damián is Director at Jorvid Arquitectura and coordinates projects on the islands, demonstrating his extensive professional career and executing it in each of the projects that go through the studio.
